Red Fluid Under Radiator?

Quick qestion: What is the red fluid in the metal pipe that goes under the radiator? Thanks.

Sounds to me like it's the power steering cooling loop... if it is metal and does a zig zag back and forth ... it's Power Steering fluid.

Or, if you have an automatic, it could be auto tranny fluid. The auto trannies have a cooler in the passenger side nose of the car, and the fluid also makes a loop through the bottom of the radiator.
