i found this website and i found two categories "Safety Recalls" and "Service Bulletins" i noticed that there is only one safety recall and a bunch of service bulletins does that mean i can take my car to get everything on both categories fixed for free from the dealer?

Service bulletins are not recalls. They are just technical notes of reported problem areas.
