Rebuilding 13BTT help

hey guys whats up. thiss is steve, i ussually hang out in the 1st gen section, cuz i have an 84 GS. a friend of mine wants an FD. he doesnt care wether it has a blown motor or is running. i know this isnt the FS section. my question is, if he were to get someone on to rebuild his motor for him,(sadly he nor i know too much about rotorys. but were learning) how much would it cost. i know there are some really incredibly knowledgable rotor fanantics. i know a lot of you can tear one apart and rebuild with a blind fold on.

i remember the day i got into Rx-7s, another friend of mine took me on a saturday to LA. where a bunch of guys from i think the FC3s.org forum went to this guys house to install a 13b into an FC. i remember showing up when the motor was just being assembled, and left as they were setting up the final parts of the racing beat exhaust. it was a group of around 5-8 people. thats what inspired me. that night i got home and looked on autotrader and a couple days later i bought my first FB.

thats my story. i dont mean to bore you or nothing with my story, i just want you guys to know where i'm coming from. so my question is, if my buddy were to pay for everything all the parts and even labor, how much would a fair reasonable price be. how much in rebuild parts and how much do you think labor would cost if you were to seperate it?

i'll prolly be on all night checking this and answering questions if you need any. hey guys thanks a lot.
