Rebuild Question - Vacuum Check Valves

hi everyone... well, 12 months later and i have an assembled long block and it is time to bolt on everything and sort out the vacuum hoses.

when i was taking it apart i killed basically all the check valves (80k on an engine will brittle things up a bit)... but realise that they are essential in the build.

are these generic parts that any auto-shop will have? or do i need the specific ones from Mazda? what are they worth?

thanks for anyone who can help out, in advance.

Don't know what shipping would cost for you, but it still might be a viable alternative to the MAZDA ones.

I'm the guy with the check valves referenced above . Yeah, definitely a good idea to take care of it while you have the engine apart!

PM me your address, and I'll be happy to figure out any additional shipping cost. A pack of 4 check valves is pretty small and lightweight, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Thanks,
Dale
