did prices go up? i got quoted $2600 + $150 shipping for the reman and another $150 to ship the core back.
thought the prices were around $2400 a few months ago

They have been going up over the last few years. I believe it has to do with the cost of housings going up. They were originally being offered for just a hair over $2000 a few years ago.
