here is your review:

#1) OEM
#2) Atkins
#3) Rotary Aviation

#10) hurley

personally though there is no best "kit"

i prefer a mix of the following, Atkins seals are softer so if they tend to detonate on they likely will not scar the rotor housings(observed this in my own engine), OEM seals are the best for overall engine longevity/life, Rotary Aviation coolant seals are the best for reusability for racing engines that are torn down often the seals can be reused, Rotary Aviation apex seals are the most detonation resistant.

now if you have big bucks we can start discussing ceramic seals...
