rear suspension (polyurethane)?
hi guys,,, yes ive searched and read tons of threads (some very good info)
Im gonna replace all 6 pillow ***** with mazda parts and also gonna replace all rear rubber parts and diff mounts,,,, im thinking about maybe going polyurethane on these rubber parts. My only concern is i still want the car to be nice to drive. What are peoples opinions on polyurethane.
I know its stiffer but does it make the car stupidly rough or is it really unoticeable???
(i can also get a complete rear end poly kit for a nice price where the mazda rubber kit will cost twice as much) verdics on polyurethane please??

I currently have solid bushings in my car (delrin, which I'm pretty sure is harder than polyurethane). While I don't daily drive the car, the ride isn't terrible. It definately makes the car feel better.
Admittedly though, the car isn't my daily driver, so unless they were grossly irritating (they aren't), I probably wouldn't notice.

I think with anything non-oem there will be some compromise. Intended purpose and tolerance levels vary. What is no big deal to some might drive you crazy. I also remembered seeing this post which may be something to look into.
