I don't know that you need a write up of this but maybe a list of all of the tools and socket sizes you need other the normal 10mm we always use. I know I needed a few. My only suggestion is pull out one of the front seats. It makes it easier to work in there since there is not much room.
It is pretty easy in terms of level of difficulty. Just a bit time consuming to undo all the bolts and panels then replace with the new set-up. How you place the tranny tunnel is a matter of personal prefernce.

noone i know really uses the mounting brackets. they basically hold the rear seat in place at the top ... but without them i have never had the rear seat back fall down on me.
if you are insistent on getting them, you will need to drill into the rear strut towers (theres dimples where you need to drill.punch through ... since us spec models didnt have back seats there were never holes punched). then mount the brackets. if i was you, i wouldnt even bother. I have a set and they just sit in a box in my garage. not worth the hassle and potential leaks.

thats what i did too .. only downside is it sticks up above the bottom of the floor pan about 1/2" .. no biggy though all you have to do is kind of punch them down until they lock in place (or have a fat chick sit on them for a second or too ..... god knows how youd get one back there lol)

they're still neat and i want them again, I actually had a set I got for cheap before I owned my FD. I got front and rear black leather FD seats for $180, sold the rears for $260 and the fronts for $125, I made money and still ripped myself off because now I need them >_>
