Rear pillowball help

i need to replace all the rear pillowballs. i have removed all of the suspension pieces, put them in the shop press, but none of them will budge.

am i missing something?

sorry, i am a ruf/porsche tech for a living, don't know much about this car. yet.

thanks for any help!

The snap rings.

That said, if you're pressing in the wrong direction they won't come out.

well, it turned out to be a big day for my girl. got the pillowballs replaced, changed the engine oil, changed the transmission fluid, rear diff fluid, installed RP toe links and trailing arms and gave the car an aggressive street alignment. whew!

now, just to get the EDFC for my teins and those will go on.
