Rear lower arms, orientation ? and L and R side swapable?

Are the right and left rear lower control arms swappable? I damaged my right side rear lower arm, and I have an extra one, but cant determine if they are the same...look the same. Any parts marking if they are different?

Upper, lower and trailing all swap. The only difference you might run into are the soft and hard durometer rubbers if they come from differing models.

I assume rear lower arm is installed with pillowball c clip facing the rear right.
