Rear iron coolant hose size

I search but couldn't find the diameter or size of the hose N3A1-13-681A that goes from the rear iron to the throttle body. I want to find a braided heavy duty silicone version so i can reroute it to the wp housing.

Rear iron fitting od is 10mm

I had used a 1/8 npt to 6an hose end in the past and i made a braided line to wp housing but it wasnt pretty
i would just plug it either with a heater hose cap (hps makes a nice one , you ll need the 3/8"
https://hpsperformanceproducts.com/p...31580202532961) or if the motor is pulled/opened i would plug drill/tap for an npt plug

Really, just use the original hose. I've done that many times and it's been dead reliable.

You will have more problems with an aftermarket hose than the OEM hose.

For some extra protection you can use split loom tubing over the hose to protect it from rubbing.

That said not sure of the size, probably 10mm ID or so. A set of digital calipers would answer that question for you really quickly.

But I guarantee you will have more problems with an aftermarket hose.
