rear hatch space? plus spinning bumper bolt

Hey i recently picked up my first fd. its a 94 touring

After looking over the car i noticed the spacing between the hatch and body is pretty large at the top of the roof and the back of the hatch near the lights. It appears to have a 7mm gap on both sides
Is this spacing normal on fds?
rear spacing

roof spacing

Also im having a problem with one of my bumper bolts that joins the fender and bumper. Its the highest screw joining the fender and bumper on the drivers side. The screw just turns with the bolt. Has anyone had this problem and knows a solution to it? thanks

That is a pretty big gap. Did you do a Carfax? Any accidents?

Car fax showed no accidents. It shows an equal gap on the top near the roof and the rear near the rear tail lights. Am i missing a seal there or something?

Its not a gap on the side between the rear fenders and the hatch.
Its the gap between the rear of the hatch and the lights and the top of the hatch and the roof.
thanks
