Rear Fog Lights Not Working - Help

Hi I have an FD '92 twin turbo rx-7, recently I noticed that the rear fog lights do not work neither does the light come on when the switch for the rear fog light is pressed (it used to work) can anyone tell me the easy things to check e.g. where is the fuse for the light on the instrument panel etc, or are there other things I should be checking - my MOT is due and need to get it fixed.

Thank in advance

Adrian

Rear fog light?

RX-7's must be a little different in the UK. The fuse box should be on the driver's side under the dash.

yes, hehe in Europe the cars there by law must have rear foglights, because of their weather conditions. I'm pretty sure you have seen cars driving around that look like 1 of there brake lights is very bright but they are not braking. That is the rear fog light, usually just one light has the fog light bulb in it. You can see it in cars like, VW, Audi, Mercedez, BMW, Volvo, but of course there were factory options for other import cars sold in europe like Honda, Mazda, Toyota, etc..

When i heard about this i was like WTF?!?!

But i guess its cool to learn something new huh?

I've never really noticed the European cars here in the US with the lights. Anyways, here is a picture from the Owner's Manual telling you what each fuse controls.

Dah, it a European law. Foreign cars sold in the US must have DOT approved lights.

Thanks for the pic. Do you have the diagram for the fuse box located on the drivers side as my instructions are in Japanese?
Thanks in advance
