rear end swaying...?

well i just got my track fd all together and it has this wierd sway when you let off the gas in 3rd or 4th. heres an example. lets say i was in 4th at 3k rpms if i pin it to 3500rpms and let off its as the rear of the car wants to go right. could it be something with the rear end or an axle? maybe an alignment? any help appreciated.

Start with tire pressures, then check the alignment. Are you running the same tires all around?

255's in the rear and 225's up front. tire pressure was fine i checked into that. i guess next is an alignment.

Same brand and model tire on both sides (pass/driver)? Worn equally?

Alignment will definitely do it too.

That's the best place to start. The Torsen LSD seems very sensitive to differences in tire circumferences on the rear. I put a new tire on the rear. The other "older" tire only had 10,000 miles on it, yet I experienced the same handling problems you report. When I put another new tire on the rear replacing the 10k mile tire the problem disappeared.
