rear brake problem

Hello, new here! I recently had a new stereo put in my 93 rx-7 as well as built in radar detector and the installers drilled a bit too far into one of the brake lines. The car was towed to Pettit after all the brake fluid gushed out. Cam replaced the brake line but when I picked up the car I noticed the car was braking on its own a tad. Cameron released some of the fluid and it seemed to help but the car is not coasting freely as it should. Do any of you know what could be the problem causing this slight rear brake clamping ?

Check the adjustment on the e-brake cable. For some reason this falls out of whack and makes the brakes drag.

Thank you but that was his first thought too. He made an adjustment to the emergency brake cable but the rear brakes were still locking up.
