really nad lag and bad throttle response when car is warmed up

So as of late im experiencing some serious lag and unresponsiveness. The car is an auto fd.But this car never had this much lag. What besides vacuum leaks can cause such bad response?
Sensors? Tranny going out? Bad tps? if anyone has any idea what could it be?

Leaking injectors, leaking FPD, disconnected FPR, etc.

Man if a leaking FPD makes the FD sluggish, damn can't wait till i put the new one on. On another note. I was reading a thread a while back about a guy with the same problem on a auto tranny. Turn out a bad tranny but not saying it could be that.

do you have a link to the thread hondasr4kids?
As for the fuel system.I believe the car is running rich because its backfiring.Everything was just replaced about a month ago.New blitz/denso injectors, new pressure regulator and also a new fuel pulsation dampner.
The only thing that isnt new on the car is a new fuel pump.On a side note Im thinking its a ignition problem primarily because ive had ignition problems before.I also know that the throttle position sensor is also bad as it has dead spots in the range.A few other symptoms that im having is that after about 5 to 10 minutes of driving the car.The car idles lower than usual and sometimes I have to brake and give it gas to keep the idle where it needs to be.The car also stumbles if I were to give it gas for example if I were at a stop light and the car is idling low.Light turns green and I give it gas to go and the car feels like its about to die out.The idle drops to almost zero rpms and then comes back up.Very weird indeed. What do you think clayne?

Have you mess around with induction system when upgrading your fuel sys? Like....acv or stuff like that. I mean stuff that related to the flow of the air.

I've had a problem...for a very long long time w/ a small valve next to AVC. And, that made my car extremely not respondsive....first turbo has a lot of hesitation, second one doesn't want to come online and etc.
