RE: RWD for first car bad idea ?

my thread got closed for some reason, so yeah people are saying i should get a FC,240sx,Miata etc. but the thing is this is the ONLY CHANCE i can get a FD ( my parents are buying it for me and will be the ONLY car they buy me ) and what is too fast on wet turns ? 40 ? ( on a long freeway merging turn ) cause it does say enter it at like 30-35 mph, or is 50 too fast ?

unless you have a lot of time and money to maintain the car, it's not the best idea. plus it's your first car, if anything happens it could be expensive and difficult to fix. if you want something RWD, get an S13 240SX.

It was closed because there are already twenty billion threads on this topic. There's even a link in the FAQ thread. Judging by your wet curve question, you have no business owning a sports car. Stick with a practical and reliable car and learn how to drive.

If you want to ask about what other cars to drive, post a thread in the General Automotive sub-forum.
