Question Re-Amemiya sway bar brace?

Hi,
I remember reading about THIS bar somewhere on the forum about 6 months ago. But now I can't find the thread, I searched.

Has anyone here used one, or know whether it replaces the front swaybar? Or is it just a brace and reinforcement for the end links? Is it going to be worth getting one, or am I better off saving my money and buying a Racing Beat one (about 1/2 the price)?

that looks like it replaces the stock mounts. i see bolts for the swaybar brackets, radiator mounts, and a reinforcement bar.

the racing beat brace is an addition to the stock mounts, it does not replace them.

I have broken two sets of mounts on my car. Where can I get the Re-Amemiya one from? Also, who sells the Racing Beat one?

You can replace the thin, flimsy OEM sway bar mounts with tubular Mazdaspeed ones from Mazdatrix. I have them on my FD. I beleive there is also a widefoot brand or something like that as well.

i highly recommend the widefoot mounts, if they are still in production. very nice billet aluminum (i think newer ones are cast though) pieces that raise the swaybar so it wont hit the ground anymore. they also clamp onto the body seam for extra support.
