They sell entire engines, but I doubt they would sell porting templates. People in Japan don't rebuild their own engines, especially rotary engines. Even for a piston engine they'd just have a shop do it. So there wouldn't be a demand for this. Also Japanese companies are notorious for being paranoid about intellectual property, exclusive designs, anything proprietary. So to ask them to sell this kind of thing would be like asking them to give up business, even though that's stupid because porting is porting and there's plenty of information on how to do it.
