RE Amemiya Ecu Question
RE Amemiya sells this mapped Ecus
has anyone some more details about stage A,B,C
what mods are needed and what setup (boost air/fuel etc) are mapped for each stage?

Sometimes better to call, Mr.Inukai is the guy to talk to, he is one of the few people at RE that speaks some english.
The Japanese pre-mapped ECUs are usually made for Japanese 100 Octane. I would check the fuel before i threw on an ECU also.

This is the description of the Re-Amemiya Type A Ecu I purchased from RHDJapan. Ecu works great btw...
"The TYPE-A ROM tune from Amemiya is for fully stock to lightly/mildly modified RX-7`s. If you are aiming for 285hp~310hp with your Rotary Rocket, this ECU can handle it. 285hp is reported with the stock intercooler and 310hp is reported with a 3-ROW front mount intercooler and down pipe. (These specs are with the catalitic converter)
The boost levels on this unit are set at .6~.7 at low .8~.9 at high under 4500rpm and .6~.7 at low .75~.85 at high at over 4500rpm. The boost limiter at above 5500rpm is set at .9 bar and the rev limiter has been raised to 8200rpm. In addition the secondary turbo will engage at 4450rpm. "
