Rattle/ Clank at Idle

Hey guys,

My car started making a rattle/clanking noise when at idle. It happens around 700-800 rpm only, if I put the slightest throttle on it disappears.

Any help is appreciated

I'll upload a video to this post

Video doesn’t help me much. Hard to tell what it really sounds like and where it’s coming from.
Sometimes the easiest thing to do is to put the car up on stands and use a rubber mallet or a plastic deadblow hammer and just start tapping on things. I’d start with exhaust and heat shields, especially when the sound disappears with elevated rpm.

Is it a twin turbo car? Could be the turbo control door is loose. If so need to adjust the preload on the door.

It sounds like it's coming from under the cabin. I was thinking heat shield possibly as well. Thanks for your help

It is twins, doesn't sound like it's coming from the engine bay though, but I'll keep that in mind if I can't find the source. Cheers
