Hey I have a second turbo not boosting and bad idle, me and my buddy tool the upper intake off and cut the broken lines and hooked up the lines that were not hooked up, it idles at about 1150rpm now and second turbo is still not spooling up can any one tell me what these unplug lines are for? And also what could cause my second turbo not to spool up? Thanks!

 

You need to get the vacuum diagram and go to work. If you have a high idle, you either have a stuck open throttle body or a vacuum leak.
