Red face Random hose, where does it go?

While changing my fuel filter, I noticed a random hose not plugged into anything, and nothing around it that it might plug into.
It's a little worrying, lol.

It's on the drivers side above the removable plastic cover, in between the fuel filter and the rear left wheel

Anyone know what it is or where it goes?

probably off the charcoal canister, i never really paid attention to it. i'd have to guess it's just an atmospheric drain.

Yep, that's the charcoal canister vent tube. That's correct as it is.

It looks like you have a pretty serious gear oil leak from your diff, those seals are only $12-ish

Thanks for the tip, I've been trying to figure out where the oil may be coming from.
Seals are already on their way

Any recommendations on what gear oil I should be putting while I have all that stuff off?

We use Redline 75W90 Gear Oil, same GL-5+ rating as Royal Purple at half the price. Not to be confused with MT90 which is the GL-4 gear oil for the trans.
