Raise Idle???

i need to know how to raise an idle on a 94.

There is a air mixture screw on the lower front of the throttle body that may rise the rpm if it needs adjustment also there is a screw and lock nut on the front linkage of the throttle body that you are not to use but if you know what you are doing it will work. It opens the primary plate . you can also adjust the stop on the wax rod cam on the back side of the throttle body

Can I ask why you need to raise idle, I thought I did, and that wasn't the problem.
