Post some pictures of your hatch area - from a variety of angles and the experts on the forum may be able to tell from what is still present etc.

**** im sorry i wasnt specific, i meant thru the wire harness its self, i had a short in the wiring harness, so i ended up changig the whole main harness behind the dash that goes thru the fender to the front of the car up the other fender and back in the dash. how can i tell if that harness was for a bose system or not, my car is a touring with sunroof, rear wiper leather and cruise, so im kinda sure it had a bose system, althought it didnt have it when i got the car.

You almost certainly had the BOSE system. Do you have speakers in panel just behind the seats or just a storage pocket? Non-BOSE cars have speakers there, BOSE cars have the pocket.

If you have a Touring model, it was changed from the BOSE. For specific questions about the the BOSE/NON-BOSE wiring you might try the interior/exterior/audio section.
