My original wiring harness was pretty shot so I replaced with a rywire engine harness. Rywire harness does not have the isc included. After having the harness installed for about 6 months I decided to put the ISC back on. I did this by splicing into ecu ground and re-pinning the ISC control to the ecu. When the ISC was installed I initialized all data in my powerFC to allow the computer to make necessary idle adjustments. Things went as planned, the ISC is working good.

But now my radiator fans won't turn off after shutting the car off, and my A/C fan doesn't come on if the compressor is on. I know the A/C issue is fairly common for the powerFC, and I will continue to troubleshoot with the information available. My search for the radiator fans staying on didn't turn up promising results. Any thoughts as to why the fans stay on after shutting the car off?
