Radiator Ducting w/ FMIC

I've search everywhere and can't find where to buy a radiator duct, one that prevents air from escaping over the radiator. I would like to direct more air towards my radiator since I have a FMIC. Anyone know where to direct me to this?

Thanks!

I've never seen any kits to buy, but I may make my own if I can figure out where I want to run the ducting.

search on a post by CCarlisi. He did something real cool with regards to ducting with an FMIC.

I highly doubt it would be profitable enough for manufacturer's to make them. Especially considering that there are so many different radiator/intercooler setups out there. Besides, the cost of making one would be 100 times cheaper than buying one....you just need the time and tools to do it.

What I found wasn't anything I was interested in doing. Basically it says to buy a touring lip and cut the center area about the width of the radiator, and mount the R1 lip over it. What you end up with is a really thick lip spoiler. I'm not interested in that one, since it kinda looks undone, but it sounds functional. It won't work for me either since I have a C-West front.

I'll be making my own here soon. I plan to use two aluminum ducts (aluminum ducting for dryers etc.) each on has a 3" opening. I'm going to buy two 90 degree aluminum elbows, then mount these so that the 90 degree bend puts the duct opening facing towards the front of the car. (like an upside down pariscope) Then, the ducting will run from that up right to the front of the radiator, for fresh cool air to be pulled through the radiator by the fans. I'll post pics someday once i get around to it.

If the product looks as clean as it sounds you may be able to make some extra cash!

Please provide pics, cause I have a hard time visualizing this sometimes.
