Unhappy Radiator Drain Plug Stripped

As the title states. I went today to flush the coolant system and noticed the radiator drain plug was stripped completely. Is there anyway that I can remove it without doing any damage to the radiator. Also, what do I use to plug the hole back up.

its a plastic plug, get some pliers and yank it out slowly.

go to the mazda dealer and buy 3 new ones.

drill out the center get an aluminum one from autozone
