What should you do?
If you're asking this kind of question, you should
go to Wal-Mart (if they have one in Brunei) and get some JB Weld epoxy. JB weld that crack. Or try pouring some black ground pepper or even sand in the radiator. That'll seal up the leak.

The AT radiators are different, because in the bottom there is a passage for the ATF to flow through.
On the AT FD mailing list I remember one person got an aftermarket radiator without this passage and they are running just fine on the stock ATF cooler. There is an aftermarket radiator for the AT FD with the ATF passage made by AWR. If you want one, then you need to call them.

You can also see if a welder can patch that up for you.

I have an auto radiator out of my car. I just had it pressure tested, some of the little fins straighted, and the tanks painted. There are no leaks and worked perfectly. After all this, it just sits in the garage, because i need money for a rebuild... bah! Email me if you are interested in buying it.

To go along with JONSKI's post, you can use an aftermarket radiator for a manual tranny just fine. When you're taking the radiator out (and to do this, just take everything off and out until you get it out, it's very simple, but you asked), you'll probably want to pinch off a rubber part of the ATF lines somewhere, or maybe you want a big mess?
Anyways, it's easy enough to just bypass the manual radiator not having the ATF passage with a piece of rubber ATF line (and make sure you get ATF line). The cooling will be fine because I don't believe the radiator actually provides any cooling to the ATF ... but if you really want to, go to an auto parts store and pick up a thin universal ATF cooler and mount it behind the stock ATF cooler, in front of the wheel well, and run it in series with the stock one.

With patience... i've finally pulled out my radiator... *phew* and it was a bit difficult due to the A/C canister..
At the moment i cant afford to buy a new radiator so i'll just send it to the shop to modifie and feld the top part...
Nething i should do while the radiator is out???
