Which radiator is the best? Is the Mazda Comp. 3 layer Aluminum radiator?

The Koyo Al. rad is THE best, but some people have fitment problems.

 

Do a search on radiators you should be able to find a lot of good info. My vote goes to the fluidyne. Good quality and drops right in with no fitment issues.

 

what about M2's ?

Here is the lowdown on Radiators.

Fluidyne, M2 and PWR are identical. Only difference is the name. Koyo is thicker than the others and there will be some fitment issues if you use it in the stock location.

Does the koyo being thicker help at all with temps? Yes the PWR is purty .

 

i just bought the fluidyne....i pick it up tomorrow yeah!!!

 

It can hold more fluid I assume, but how well does it cool? Baring fitment, does koyo or fluidyne cool better?

 

fluidyne is pretty good, pwr also has a great rep.

 

I went with PWR....I think any one of these radiators blows the plastic end tank stocker right out of the water

yet ANOTHER mandatory upgrade on the good ol FD....it just never ends, does it? brake rotors are next

 

How do these bigger ones fit with the (really) big M2 stock mount intercooler?

I have that IC, but haven't installed it yet. I was thinking of doing the IC and radiator at the same time, since the IC will be out might as well do the rad then too.
