Racing beat exhausts - what comes with them?

Just wondering, when you buy the RB catbacks, do you get just the muffler, or is there a pipe connecting the muffler to the rear end of the cat? Just curious...

My dual-tip is two-piece, if that's what you are refering to - meaning the muffler section (with a a short length pf 3" tubing with flange) is one part and the second part is a 3" tubing section that bolts to the first part. The second part is what connects the mp/cat to the muffler section.

Cheapo 'mufflers' are generic and were meant to be welded in place of of the original muffler, which is cut off.

Did you buy a used one, and not receive the 2nd part?

Neither, actually. I was just curious about this whole thing. In fact, I'll figure out exactly what I'm doing with this whole thing to make it all make sense.

When I bought mine new, I got a pipe that goes from the main cat to the muffler section, the muffler/exhaust section, and 2 metal gaskets.

Thanks for the offer, but i'm really not much into the N1's, mostly because they're too loud. I am more interested in the RB/M2 due to their stock appearance and lower noise level.
