Racing Beat exhaust weld...

I have a Racing Beat exhaust and it was banging around quite a bit from the day I brought the car home, so I took a look one night and put rubber tubing on the part making contact. It was dark when I did that and didn't notice how bad the weld is, it looks like it snapped off and was re-welded and is coming off again or something.

It also looks like it was shifted over to the right a bit. I assume I should get it re-welded?

The rubber hanger on the left side isn't all that snug, so if you want to avoid further nasty surprises, re-welding would be in order.

Preferably by someone that can do a better job than what you see there.

I noticed it had quite a bit of play on the left side... Guess I'll find someone who can weld and get it fixed up. The rubber tubing I put on will stop it from gouging the plastic anymore but I don't want the weld breaking completely.

holy shitty weld! yes, get it rewelded by someone who knows what they're doing, any legit exhaust shop can do it for a minimal fee.

I have a racing beat exhaust catback, no issues here. I dont know what that previous owner did, but you need to reweld it back where the orginal weld was. It seems like it was rewelded where ever the exhuaust sat while it was mounted... not good. Thats why it was banging against the side.

That whole hanger tab needs to be sliced off, ground flat and a new SS tab welded on to move it over to the left to clear the bumper apron.

If here, I could make that look oh so pretty !
