The racing beat dual tip is ugly

And this is why

what is that thing doing there anyway.
Anyone from racing beat on this forum to explain why you have not made this bracket thing over here better, or actually just a hanger?
I would love to own one of these that never had that bracket on there (and not ground off either).

I think it's just a mounting point. The stock muffler looks similar.

There is supposed to be an exhaust mount that the RB cat-back bolts to. Once you bolt it up, it's less noticeable.

I'd be more concerned about your melted lower garnish.

The mounting will be less visible once installed correctly, too...since it will be pulled back and "up" slightly behind the lower black guard. You can pick up that missing exhaust hanger from Ray for about $7-12 if I recall correctly. I had to purchase one too when I bought my RB duals.

BTW, I hope that red FD pic above did not assume the install was finish. It's missing the hanger and I can only imagine the vibration/movement of the catback if he did drive around like that.

Oh its not mine. I just saw this in someones for sale thread. The reason i brought it up is because i saw another fd around here that had one of these with some god awful bracket attached to that side and it looked terrible. And i wasnt sure if that is how they are actually supposed to look or not. So from my point of reference i figured that was how it was supposed to look, which i thought was terrible. Show me a picture of how it is supposed to be mounted and you might change my mind. THANKS!!
