R1 lip installation on a touring ?

I'm about to do this once i get off work in a couple hours and wanted to see what is all involved to do this. Will all the attachments line up and will the screws that hold the touring lip on,will work with the r1 lip? Does the under pan have to come off? I haven't looked at it yet,but thought i post it,and see what i need to get at the store,if anything at all.

It bolts straight on with the existing bolts and hardware, no trouble. When you remove the bolts, the underpan will automatically be loose, because its attached w/ the same bolts... just slip the RI in just like the standard lip, rebolt and you're done.

Just remember to get all of the little spikey things in the holes, and the barbed tab things to click into place. It's kind of a bitch, but if you don't do it, your lip won't be on 100%, and it'll look a little saggy.
