quick spark plug question 7 or 9s?

i did a search but not much detail was provided

my dilema is whether i should go leading 7 heat range and 9 heat range (keeping it stock) or if i should go 9's on all 4 (2 leading, 2 trailing)

On the searches, 9's are recommendec on a "Heavily modded setup"

i'm pretty sure mine is a mild setup but i wanna make sure, below are my mods list

Intake
downpipe
midpipe (no cat)
exhaust
aftermarket SMIC
PFC

You should be running all 9s with your setup. You shouldn't experience any problems whatsoever doing so, unless you always drive like a grandma.

I ran 9's all around with about the same setup without the midpipe and had no ill effects what so ever..and still running 9's all around with the single turbo setup..you should be fine running 9's all around
