Quick question on changing the rear brake pads...
How do you do it?
I've done the fronts. I don't suspect the rears will be much different but there's that whole parking brake thing. Is there anything special that needs to be done to replace the rears? Are there any write-ups for it on the web anywhere? I found a few at scudinari's site that weren't very good & nothing really at Rob Robinette's site. Maybe it's so easy that no one has bothered to do a writeup.
any advice would be great.

just take your time and use a tubing wrench on the line fittings..a regular wrench will strip it!

A special universal socket tool can be purchased to screw retract the piston. It looks like a 1" cube with different pin placements and shapes on each side. The center of each side has a 3/8" square to attach it to your ratchet and you just push it against the piston and rotate it. I can send a picture of the tool if anyone needs it. They cost less than $10 at a NAPA or other auto parts store. Well worth its weight in gold for rear disc calipers. This is probably the hardest part of changing brake pads.
