quick question about coolant system being pressurized

^
My car will not start, but I am concerned b/c my coolant system is pressurized. If i take the cap off it squirts out even if the car is cold. Is this a sign of a bad ring?!?!?!?!?!

It very well could be. The coolant gets pressurized once it gets hot and expands. If the engine is cold and you are still pressurizing the coolant seems to me a bad o-ring is the only way for that to happen.

do you have an aftermarket ast? If so, pick up a stant ast cap. Not that it's gonna help you with your engine woe's, but it will help relieve pressure when it builds.
