quick questing about venting the stock BOV

If i want to vent the stock bov do i just need to deattach the red hose comming form it.
If that is wrong could someone tell me how, i tried search but was taking forever, need to know soon
so any help would be appriciated

Red hose? It Should be just your OEM black rubber hose your detaching.

Just pull the BOV and CRV hoses off the airbox/intake. Block off the holes on the intake but don't block off the ends of the hoses. That's it really.

not sure about the 3rd gen but my TII wont idle if the Air Bypass Valve (which is not a BOV!!!!!! damnit!!!) isnt connected into the post MAF intake tube.

FD doesn't use MAF sensor, so venting the BOV (or ABV! ) has no effect on intake air.

my vented BOV spits oil all over the place

say goodbye to red K&N filters....

eh i just got an m2airbox so i wont have to worry about that anymore...
