quick q for those with the commander

since this forum gets more traffic figure i'd double post

my power fc w/ commander should be arriving tomorrow from looking at some of the pics on the forum it looks like i have to cut the bracket to open up the commander port? this is so? thanks.

The commander port should be on the side... looks like a computer mouse port.

Oh I understand now, if you want to yeah. Mine is just chillen in the kick panel w/o any bracket. It is snug in there.

TTB, I cut my panel very similar to that. I also put some thin rubber sealant on the edge so if it rubbed the plug, it wouldn't cut into it.
