You will want to run the highest height up front (which is same as stock shock). In the rear, I would use whatever results in the most even ride height (which ended up being the lowest height position).

I've got my Konis set at the middle setting running PFS comfort springs and 245/45/16s on stock wheels. No rubbing of any sort.
nose is a little too low given that I have a Mazdaspeed 15th anniversary and rubs on an occasional steep driveway. I might redo it and set it at the highest setting. Then again, maybe not

Even if you do corner hard, have bad roads, and go to track, EVERY FD is different. Some rub and some don't. Hell, mine rubbed on the passenger side but not the driver. Figure THAT one out...
