Quick help!!

Are the secondary butterflies the lower ones in the TB? There are 2 up top and there is another one that is lower. So im guessing that the lower single butterfly is the secondary?

the lower is the primary , the top two are secondary. Just work the throttle and you will see that the bottom shaft moves before the top .
