I would say no. (I have a efini y pipe). I believe the pipe has a female end that connects to the secondary. Its bolted in the location of the primary and crossover pipe. The crossover pipe is not shown in this picture.

If its a no reserve auction and cheap, you might want to go for it. However, I dont think any of that crap will be usable to you. All those pipes might be for some sort of aftermarket intercooler/turbo setup. That stuff will not fit with a stock twin turbo/IC setup.
