Question Quick Air pump Question with Full Non-Seq

If I want to keep my air pump and go full non-seq, do I need to keep the vacuum chamber and ACV also?

TIA,
Carson

Okay maybe this one is easier, if I remove the air pump can I use a Hi-flow cat, or does it have to be a MP (cuz the cat will get clogged)

You can still use a cat without the air pump, however, it will shorten the life of the cat running without the air pump. How much will it shorten the life? I've never seen anyone actually test it.

Most people don't recommend removing the air pump if you are going to be using a cat.

If you use an airpump, you will also need your ACV. If you do not use an airpump, then you might as well not use any sort of catalytic converter. Without an airpump stoking your cat, you will run nowhere near efficiency levels and your exhaust will not be much cleaner than using a MP.

Thanks Mahjik and JONSKI, that's what I figured (still need the ACV).
