Quick 3rd gen questions

I've been considering buying a FD, and I have the following questions:
1. Is it better to get a 50k-70k mile FD with the original motor, or one with 100K with the rebuilt one? (Daily driving purposes, least engine modification as possible).
2. I remember looking through a couple ads, and some sellers would advertise saying the FD had only "reliability mods." What could those be and why?
3. How is the FD when it comes to oil comsumption, gas mileage, and reliability? I've been driving a 350z for the last 18 months, and I don't realy care much about mileage, but I am interested how reliable a FD can be.
4. Should I buy one from a dealership (there are some for sale where I live) or a private seller?
5. What are some known issues with the generation? i.e. (just as un example) the RX8 has fuel and oil consumption for almost all models. Anything like that for the FD?

Thank you everyone for any information. I appreciate any information you give to me.
