Question on Primary turbo Air intake pipe

Just finishied my winter upgrades and am alomst done reassembling. I went rich man NS and have 1 quick question on the primary turbo air intake pipe. It has two Vacuum nipples. One goes to the OMP nozzles on the housings. The other goes to a metal pipe that I cannot seem to trace. What is the second nipple for ? I am assuming i still need it as the NS diagrams do not mention deleting this connection.

Thanks

* OMP nozzles
* Crankcase venting (goes to the lower downward tube on the oil filler neck)
