avcr and pfc would be good...pfc doesnt control boost much at all (a little i think...but not too great).
profec B and pfc would be my choice (cheaper than AVC-R too)

eh id say just get the Power FC and tune the boost through that. thats how i have it but steve kan tuned my car for me. to controller the boost through the pfc you need the same boost solinoed as the AVCR so you might be able to buy a cheap used one.
