Question on the NON-SEQ Setup

Heres the question....


I 3 lines totall, ignoe the short one thats been capped.

I see the right line connecting to the FPD.
The Left line Im not sure where its going, this is what Im trying to figure out because I'm at this point in the conversion.

These two lines meet to a T and the third line goes off the picture, where is this 3rd line hooking up to?

And.... is this setup part of the non seq conversion?

THE left line is vacuume for the oil injectors, it goes to the primary turbo inlet elbow ( black plastic ,bolted to turbo ), use one of the two nipples.
