Question, Man I should just have my own question section.

Is this a 3rd Gen Filter, when I bought my car it was in the back, not opened, but for some reason the shop that worked on my car didn't use it, they bought another one. My question is why didn't they use it? It matches straight up to the old one that came out, but has different writing on it.

My question is:

Why are you asking us about your mechanic's decision? Why don't you ask him? Or is he tired of answering your questions?

If you ask too many questions, the people with the CORRECT answers will get tired of you. Then you will only get answers that you don't want ....... or maybe you are getting them already
