question on the FSM

ok on the factory service manual page F-100 i was reading #10 under inspection it says "if there is no continuity, repair the ground circuit." is it telling me to change a ground wire or is the ground circuit something else.

You would want to take your continuity tester and test across all the parts and connections that lead to frame ground. One of them will show a loss of continuity, that's what you replace. If it's a connection, take it apart, sand the parts to clean metal, and test it again. Generally it's a good idea to do with with all connections, regardless.
