Question Question for Forensic Boost Detectives...

I know there is a wealth of knowledgable folks out there who may have encountered my situation. If someone gives me a suggestion that contributes to me finding the problem, or provides understanding to why I am having this problem I'd be very grateful.

Here is the background:

Last week I had my car dyno'd by RP and was only able to attain 280whp, where Chris said I should be getting 300 @ 13psi. One of the things he found during the dyno session was that my wastegate pill was bored out and changed it back to the smaller stock so my PFC could keep the wastegate from releasing boost.

Once the pill was replaced, he could get .9 bar on the secondary, but couldn't get past .76-.78 on the primary. Even when maxing out the duty cycle.

I felt that the pill to the precontrol could've been bored as well by the previous owner, but it wasn't. It wouldn't be a boost leak as I can achieve 13psi on the secondary.

Lastly, I don't think it is the turbo as my car only has 21k miles and has been cared for exceptionally well.

My mods include: pfc, hiflow cat, dp, exhaust, apexi intake, greddy smic, ypipe, fuel pump, greddy elbow.

Any thoughts?

Ma be the pri turbo is weak like the bearings are worn out. If the pri will not give full boost and the correct volume of air ,it may not be spinning up. The sec turbo is ok and gives full boost and volume then you get full boost pressure reading but the two together do not give full volume . Then the horse power is down because the pri turbo is not putting the full amount of air to make the high power . I can not explain it to well but I hope you understand .
